Theo A. Kochs 1909 chair?

I inherited this from my grandfather thirty some years ago. I’d like to find an original catalog to verify it’s age. I’d also like to get a notion of its current value. My grandfather was the town barber in Gambier, Ohio for a long, long time. I’ve found a photo of it that says 1909. But it’s just a photo on the internet. I’d like more reliable verification.

Any luck with that catalogue? I too have a chair I am having restored. Looks to be 1910, but as you have found, there exists only vendor catalogues online pre 1903.
I did find a 205 on the bottom of the ‘bottom’ footrest. Its possible the chair is model number 205. would appreciate any progress you make on a catalogue.
