    hi,i just purchased theo a.kochs barber chair and i have a problem with the hydrolic it will not pump up but it will go down,i did everything i can think of by changing the fluid and clean it but not take it a part ?? i wish i can get a break down on the assembly of the whole chair so i can/know what to figure which part to replace/repair , can you/anyone help please
