Hey guys. I am looking for some information on a chair. It’s a Belmont, The serial number starts with 20570009??? . I am not interested in selling the chair but I do need a part. The head rest guide is missing. Any help is much appreciated.

I have a Belmont barber chair. The model number on it is 19028, It has some age on it but is in pretty good shape. Can anyone tell me how old it is and if there is any value to it?
