Nice barber chair in good shape has some normal age wear some rust here and there but its complete and no tears. It reclines and it did swivel until we moved it in the shop , hubby moved it with his dolly to a different spot in our shop which was not far as our shop is small , and once moved it wont swivel. Otherwise good shape nice chair.
