This chair is in perfect working condition, all the porcelain and base rubber are original and do not need reconditioning. The chrome items that most people get redone do not need anything but polishing. It has green leather armrests and black back and seat. The headrest was lost in move, they run about $150, Original golf club hydraulic lift stick. All like new. Great for a recliner in a Man Cave, Tattoo Shop/Parlor, etc… Fully Functioning.
