I have a Belvedere Hydraulic Chair Tag has Belvidere Ill. and Goleta Calif. Serial number is stamped 4067 on the metal tag but there is no model number if there was one it was not stamped in as the serial number was. There are tears in the material. Is this chair worth anything?Front Foot Rest
