Any luck with that catalogue? I too have a chair I am having restored. Looks to be 1910, but as you have found, there exists only vendor catalogues online pre 1903.
I did find a 205 on the bottom of the ‘bottom’ footrest. Its possible the chair is model number 205. would appreciate any progress you make on a catalogue.
