Anna – Did you have any luck getting the piston unstuck? I think I may have the same problem. I recently purchased Belmont chair and the hydraulics were working before I moved it. But after I moved it up a flight of stairs the pump handle is now frozen in place. It seems locked, like a car steering wheel before the key is turned. Wondering what I can do or should check to be able to fix it. Any help is appreciated.
