Vicky, The seat should lift up. There might be a screw or two holding it down. Once you get the seat out of the way, In the middle of the seat area, not the cushion, there should be a hole.Add hydrolic oil, non-detergent,(very important) 1/2 cup at a time,Then work the pump several times.
