The model number is usually a piece of paper stapled to the seat bottom. Mine like many wore off from use and age. You can get a general idea of the age or era of the chair by it’s features. Google Paidar chair images, and you’ll find some old catalog images of the models.

As far as filling the oil, I have the same issue. Unfortunately there aren’t many schematics or how to’s out there.
